[Design Moderator] Application

Another immensely important job here are the designers. They have to be capable of designing GUIs or pictures. I want someone good on the position of design moderator.

Note that a design moderator is not equal to a designer: you have to be capable of organizing this. It's also handy if you could be online for at least a hour, every day in the week (due the organization purposes).

To give some more background: Designing also applies on GUIs, but that's also a part of "building". The main reason you would want to join this is because of the artwork. Can you draw good? This would be perfect to join. Artwork, wallpapers, game thumbnails, in-game decals, everything needs to be designed to make the game look awesome!
